Double Olympic Gold Medallist, Atlantic rower and MBE, James Cracknell, tastes The Park Club's latest menu ... underwater!

To show his support for the largest underwater dinner party, taking place this Saturday 22 September at The Park Club James dropped into try some of the dishes from the 3 course menu!

Seen here at The London School of Diving (who are overseeing the dive logistics on the day) James sampled the likes of Smoked Salmon and Candied Lemon with Basil Jelly, A Medley of Crab and Chilli with Asparagus and Soy Mirin fllowed by Hazelnut Praline.

Whether the food whets your appetite or not, you can still sign up to the underwater dinner at www.underwaterdinner.co.uk and help raise money for six fabulous charities.

Make a £100 donation or raise the money through an on-line sponsor form and join in! You'll be kitted out in dinner suit or designer ball gown - supplied by sponsors, given a mini try-dive (you don't need to have dived before!), shown how to eat underwater and have a picture of yourself attempting this crazy world record bid! And best of all, you'll be helping raise money for: The British Heart Foundation, Breast Cancer Care, Wooden Spoon Society, Save the Children, Microloan Foundation, The Shooting Star Children's Hospice.
